These are mostly my usual excitements about future prospects, current ideas, and past blessings… Either way this is what I have to be thankful for. God reveals things to me slowly day by day, and that too I am thankful for.
It’s Thanksgiving, and you know what that means right? Family, food, and lots of reminders of what God has given to us all throughout the year. I have a lot of great things to be thankful for. Especially over the last few months things have been really good. First off after getting sick of working for Viacom I was blessed with the fantastic work in blogging… not great pay, but it covers the bills and is a lot more creative of an endeavor than reviewing websites all day long. Writing over 1,200 words a day gets tiring too… I took a week of light blogging only about 300-400 words a day, and nothing on the weekends. My income dropped drastically but it gave me the rest I needed to get back into things and continue blogging Which is good because a few smaller jobs that I was looking for in the meantime will only be available after January.
Now there is also a little hope on being able to run ArchmailleDesigns and do light blogging to keep up on the bills. The shopping cart that I use for this site has just been redesigned… now it’ll cost me to keep the updates coming, but they allowed everyone who has purchased a copy of it to get the new version for free. There are two features that particularly intrigue me. First off the addition of being able to sell downloadable items. I’d like to create some PDFs on jewelry care and techniques… then some on chainmail creation and sell them super cheap so I can make a couple bucks a day. Couple dollars a day from that, couple dollars a day from advertisement clicks on kclanparty.org, $25 bucks a day from blogging, and then building capital for a few months working at LifeTouch. That should give me the foothold to be able to start listing my products on ClickJunction… let other people sell my products for me The next favorite item on the new shopping cart is the ability to create widgets so I can put things on other peoples sites, blogs, etc. to where they can purchase directly from the other sites!

Gotta love this time of year. Thanksgiving is a time for gathering, and getting a good full meal! Rose and I have been preparing the Thanksgiving dinner for at my mothers house for tonight… last Sunday we had a dinner at my dads house, tomorrow we get one at her parents house, and then Sunday we get another one at her Grandmothers house. So we can officially say here in a couple of weeks I’ll be all turkied out! But at least I get a few good Thanksgiving dinners! It does suck that it puts me behind with work… I always get inspired to do stuff when I have no time… why is that? Oh well, I’ve got some very good things in the works for ArchmailleDesigns.com which starts with a new shopping cart. One that I can add downloadable items to. Then creating some PDF files with jewelry care tips, others with chainmail creation patterns and stuff… and I’ll take over the search engines and just charge anywhere from 0.50¢ to $5 per downloaded item depending upon what it is. That should pick up business a little bit, people will be more willing to pay a couple bucks for useful information, rather than spending the money to buy the items… then when they get frustrated at not making stuff the same as what I sell they can come back and purchase from me once again
Cruising around town on your bike can be as much about the fashion statement as it is about the riding experience. One could say that the style of your outfit is just as much a part of the riding experience. Anyone who is a regular rider knows a poser when they see them too! Don’t get stuck being called a sissy for the shades you wear! Get a pair of memphis shades from CruiserCustomizing.com and pick up some other motorcycle customization equipment while you’re at it to customize your cruiser experience!
It appears that I am 58% likely to survive a bear attack! Woot! Hey, it’s over 50% I’m happy, luck is on my side Naw, seriously I think I messed up an answer where it asked if you see a tree would you climb it… I said yes, but I don’t think that’s the right answer.

Anyways, that is my survival rating. It is better to be safe than sorry!!! I was getting my bear survival skills honed so that if anything does come up I can make it

Hey you! Yes you! I’m talking to you! Do you have pictures in your posts? If not why the heck not?!?!?!?! Did you know that simply by adding relevant pictures to your blog you can increase readership? Oh, so nobody told you? Well here I am telling you that you should include pictures, whether they’re funny, serious, or just plain silly if they are relevant to your post your readership, and readership retention will increase! Let’s face it, this is the age of ADD and ADHD or as I like to call them ADOS (Attention deficit o0ol0lol shinny!) Any more you can be the best writer in the world, and not make a dime online. That’s because you don’t have anyone reading your stuff! In order to have advertisers you must have readers, and in order to keep readers you must have kittens! Like this one:

Lol okay, so maybe kittens aren’t the only thing that people are interested in online. But any sort of blog pictures will help you get the readership you desire! (oh, and kittens do help too). So what are you waiting for!!! Oh… you’re worried about bandwidth issues… Ah, don’t worry about those silly things, there’s plenty of free picture sites out there such as *Caugh*AcoBox.com*Caugh* signing up is fast and easy, all you do is add your blogs URL, create a username, and within minutes you’ll be adding cute, funny, random, or relevant images to your blog posts! And from there… well watch the people start coming in to your site and when the people start coming in, watch the ad dollars pile up
I have recently discovered that my cat is trying to kill me… I mean, I always knew he was evil, but kill me? Naw, he just wants attention right? Maybe he’s not really trying to kill me, he just thinks that’s how he’s supposed to play? Not according to this quiz!

There is an 85% chance that my cat is plotting to kill me! Don’t be fooled hoomans take the five minutes to fill out this quiz and discover if you’re about to be murdered… I’m glad that I did now I can be prepared for when the moment strikes!
You know with Rose and I expecting our first son it’s never too early for us to start at least picking out places to shop. Anymore with advertisements everywhere, banners flashing on websites, television ads taking up 25% of the time that you watch a television show, and many other advertisements that you don’t even notice… it’s really hard to tell where to even shop anymore! Who’s reliable, who’s stable in this economy, where can I make sure to spend my money wisely? Good luck on getting a straight answer on any of those. Everybody likes to brag about having “always low prices” like Wal-Mart says… but that doesn’t mean “Always the lowest price” you’ve got to remember that “low” in this instance is relative, they’re multi-billionaires what is low to them isn’t always low to me. Quality is also an issue for me… so how do I make sure to get the best price possible while still retaining quality?
I’ve found a great way to do so on childrens toys! Mega Brands Toys sells great products at very reasonable prices! And just in time for the Holiday season too! You can pick up tons of items such as mickey mouse cars for the Disney collector in your home (or my personal favorite the Tipping Tractor set from Disney Pixar movie Cars)

Earlier last week there were reports out of Beijing of a students hospitalization because of a Panda biting incident. Apparently the college student from Southern China just needed a hug. While visiting the zoo in Beijing the unnamed student jumped the six and a half foot tall fence surrounding the Panda habitat to hug one of the fluffy cuddly creatures only to find that they’re not so cuddly after all. The panda bit the student repeatedly on the arms and legs reports a zoo employee.
The official Xinhua News Agency reports the hospitalized student later said the panda was so cute and cuddly he never expected to be bitten. Guess he’ll think twice next time before jumping into a penned up animals home. Domesticated as they may be they’re still animals, and uh… well they still bite.

Surprisingly enough this is not the first time these Panda’s have struck fear into the hearts of the Beijing populous. Not surprising because pandas look so cute and cuddly I’d never suspect them of biting anyone. Pandas may look docile but can be vicious when they feel threatened. But surprising because this is not the second, but third time these pandas have bitten visiting tourists. The first attack was… well more of an attack from a drunken tourist who stumbled into the Pandas enclosure, after being bitten by the Panda the man reportedly bit back. The same Panda Gu Gu later in 2007 mauled a 15 year old boy who climbed the 1.4 meter (approx four and a half foot) tall fence. The fence had been raised to six and a half feet, but that still didn’t stop this college student who just wanted a hug and was viciously bitten on the arms and legs on November 22, 2008. The panda in this incident was named Yang Yang… and was not as ferocious with his attacks as Gu Gu was. I think we can all learn a lesson here though, no matter how cute, fuzzy, and warm a panda may appear to be… don’t look to them for a hug. You might pick something less vicious than a panda bear such as a Bengal Tiger… At least the death would be a quicker one than being gnawed upon by a vegetarian bear. On second thought, if you’re really that depressed go see someone for counseling, get a dog, or sign up for a dating site Wild animals don’t tend to be the best option for your affectionate needs.
