I know that watches have long since grown “out of style” for people my age, with cell phones, GPS, in car clocks, clocks on our cameras… basically a clock crammed into every digital device you could imagine the “need” for a watch has been severely reduced in the modern age. But even with that said watches still hold a place of value… I mean maybe not the $5 watches from bargain super stores, they have no place left in society as far as I can see. However, well crafted watches hold a special place for a lot of people. Whether it is a statement of style, position, or sentiment you will just never find the kind of beauty and attention to detail that watches preserve in your cell phone or other electronic device.
I mean seriously, how can you not love the craftsmanship that went into making that watch? It is a work of art! Just like all Invicta Watches are a work of art in their own right. The mechanics and engineering that go into making such a small device that runs so smoothly and accurately often with little or no electronic tuning assistance, now that takes skill! Not that there isn’t skill at some level involved in designing a microprocessor… but after it is designed it is just stamped out by the millions. High end watches are still assembled by hand by artisans of their trade.
